A standard family law mediation session for cases mediated with University family law mediator: Stephen Alexander, esquire in University, Florida is 3 hours for a flat fee of:
- $40 per person with $50,000 or less combined incomes,
- $70 per person with $100,000 or less combined incomes, or
- $100 per person with $100,000 or more combined incomes.
Any additional time is pro-rated at $100 per hour per party.
As an alternative to a lawyer’s office, University family law mediator: Stephen Alexander, esquire, can arrange for a neutral location for your family law mediation.
