Why Arbitrate

Arbitration usually provides a faster resolution than continuing in court.  It is efficient, flexible, and it affords the parties a quicker resolution, also an arbitration is easier to schedule.  The dispute will be resolved much sooner.  It could take several years to get a court date, while an arbitration date can usually be obtained within a few weeks or months.  Also, arbitrations are much more private and confidential than litigation or court hearings.  Arbitrations are binding, and there are very limited opportunities for appeal.  This offers closure and finality to all parties and affords an opportunity to move forward which is not often available with a trial decision.
